Bethany Jean Fancher, LMT!

     Beginning my massage therapist career 30 years ago, I went to Heartwood Institute which was up a mountain by windy road from the small town of Garberville, CA. I had great teachers. At my school I learned Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Chinese Medicine, Nutrition, and Iyengar yoga, while also observing organic farming, permaculture design, and building a house with strawbale technique, holistic learning and living. I have also now done Osteopathic training through the The Osteopathic College of Ontario with Dr. Steve Sanet.
     I have worked with hospitals, spas, chiropractors, theater companies, professional athletes, the AIDS Foundation in Seattle, corporate offices, teen homeless shelter in NYC, with children in Hyderabad, India through the Ananda Foundation, with girls from the Leg Up organization, music festivals. Currently I work with private clients, mainly in Manhattan, the Hamptons, and Nashville where I travel to homes by appointment.
